Education

In the 800 year Franciscan tradition, friar’s roles as teachers and professors in education centers is traced back to the universities found in the 13th century.  Famous friars like St. Bonaventure, Alexander de Hales and Blessed Duns Scotus taught in Universities spanning from Paris to Oxford.  Our contemporary scholars continue this important ministry in Edmonton, AB.
